I made a reservation on the internet but when I went to the hotel I paid twice the price and they asked me for parking fee I have never seen such a ridiculous thing I paid $12 for parking !!!!! Damn it I will never go to that hotel again and I will never stay at Motel 6 no matter where it is....
Checkin clerk was nice, helpful, courteous. Laundry has no change machine. Front desk has insufficient coins.
Had an issue with check-in my drivers license when scaned was bringing up someone else so it had everyone puzzled but ms. Mandy the gm and Mr Johnny the front desk clerk made a bad situation better nothing they did but they made sure me an my brother was able to check in had to use his those z people deserve a raise it very hard to get great customer service anymore by the time we walked out to go to the room we was a laughing they was the friendliest people I have seen in the hotel business I'll definitely be back don't kno... read more
