Very bad service I am really sorry to write this review the reception lady I believe from India she always busy on phone rude whenever we ask anything she become angry not only with us with everyone same attitude very bad room with bad smell I bring my own blanket and bedsheets to sleep on there bed…. Don’t stay here if you are with your family….
Terrible customer service. I checked in after midnight, my room had no wash clothes and 2 towels with holes in them. I asked for wash clothes and was told by guy in office that they don’t have wash clothes. I asked for extra towels and was told he didn’t have any, I would have to wait for the morning to get towels from house keeping! In the morning I call and ask for 12pm late check out.. the lady in office tells me she can do 11:30. When 11:30am comes around house keeping knocks on the door and asks me for the dirty towels ... read more
