The staff is helpful and the rooms are clean, first and foremost. The bed is comfortable. Love the fact that I have an actual mini freezer and refrigerator. Makes long-term stay easier.
Rooms are filthy, no real attention to detail cleaning. Hard as rock pillows and mattress , flooring was buckling, linens and towels were cheap and scratchy. Font see desk "help" is short when English is spoken, but do not like being woken with questions about more towels. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. Oh and the morning continental breakfast was no name brand cereal, Otis spunkmeyer defrosted and hard as a rock muffins, and is very unsanitary.
