Great rooms, service and a very convenient location!
There was a time 4 or 5 years back, when myself and several people whom we knew stayed here on a regular basis. Usually the rooms were clean and service was as you would expect it to be. Just a couple of days off, my fiance and I were seeing the signs for MORAVIA RD and for some reason, we both had the same exact thought going through our minds. Sketchy dirty hotel with bad management. Within ten minutes of checking in we discovered bed bugs in the room. Obviously we got our bags and left, and the front desk attendant tried to gaslight us when we explained the situation, telling us she is sure there are no bed bugs (even though we literally saw one). She made up some BS story that they have inspections for bugs every week and that if they found them this week, they’d send my money back.
