Booked a room thru a 3rd party website, never had an issue before. Get to hotel, they dont have my reservation. She kept asking if we cancelled. Nope. Ended up getting what she called a "new" room, with 2 Queen beds. (I originally booked a KING and received a reminder from said website a few days prior reminding me of my reservataion). The beds were FULL size not Queen, and one was probably 20 years old. The bathroom door looked like someone had kicked it in, and was never fixed.
