Lets see where to begin:We checked in and the key they gave us would not open the door, We tried 3 times.When I questioned the manager about my request for a non smoking room she said I never asked for one( the person who did our reservation even said I did).When we finally got a key to open our room it was filthy.Dirty clothes on floor,cups/plates on table.My husband went back in and got the manager,who was "shocked"yea right.So I cmplained about all of this and she was very rude and said fine then I will nbot rent you a ro... read more
