I didn't expect much when I booked based on reading the reviews, but the location worked out good for our plans to visit Chincoteague where the prices were much higher. The beds were very comfortable.

I was lucky to find a room and as it turned out the room served its; purpose I simply needed a place for one night on my way up Route 13. My room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Location versus price (for the season time) was fine. Pool, when open, was nice. WiFi connect speed was decent.

The room was clean, but there was a scrunchie left next to the bed from a previous tenant. The clerk was attentive at check in and for the continental breakfast the next morning. Though we didn't arrive until close to the end of breakfast, the staff was willing to make another pot of coffee and then asked if there was anything else they could do to help out.
