Very poor experience. Fireplace and TV didn't work, EXTREMELY noisy and management didn't care!!! We were told they would give money back on our stay, then they charged full price + for the room, $215 for one night!!!...the manager is totally rude!!! We don't recommend ever staying at this hotel!!!
Staff was hopped up on drugs. Gave us keys to an occupied room, then gave us keys to a room that was wide open. Stains on the sheets were the icing on the cake.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, THE OWNER JUST SAT AND YELLED AND BELITTLED MY MOTHER IN THE LOBBY. WHAT A JOKE THERE IS 2 OTHER ROOMS BEING RENTED AND THIS GUY HAS THE NERVE TO YELL AT MY MOTHER IN THE LOBBY. IN FRONT OF EVERYONE! !
