Hallways and common area could use an update. My room, #129 was clean, no unpleasant odor, bed was comfortable.
Employees are unprofessional an seem to be on something , the general manager seems to be professional but instructs the lower staff to steal from your room when your not there, vandalize your car and then laugh when u go to file a complaint, an maintenance will go in your room even if your sitting in there, an a pitbull that will bite if it gets close to you, worst staff an place ever
Literally no hot water. My company reserved the room and when I checked in staff said there was no hot water. They didn't offer any discount for it either.
I was very disappointed with this place because the website said they have a pool and free WIFI but it was down due to technical issues and the pool was permanently closed due to a faulty water supply and water heater and the breakfast was lackluster I literally had to spend extra money at the Perkins across the street
