Quoted quickly with a detailed estimate and later provided an invoice which broke down the charges to expedite my insurance claim (which is required so it saved me time). "Americas Best Roofing" has much expertise with Spanish Clay Roofs (especially in the Palos Verdes/Beach areas) - which not every roofer has and these roofs require a different skill set. A great company to work with. They've done two jobs on my property over the last few years and did a great job and provided helpful advice on both occasions. The reps I dealt with were professional and friendly. Would definitely work with them again.
For no obvious reason we discovered a large hole in our roof near the parapet wall. Andrew responded quickly, and in short order had his team on the roof. In a few short days the flat roof was remade better than new. Call Andrew.
UPDATED review: They honored their warranty and replaced the tiles that were lifting! All I had to do was send a demand letter by certified mail. All in all I am happy that the lifting tiles were replaced so I don’t have to worry about rain getting in or under them. Second review: 4 years later some of the roof tiles are lifting. I worked with Scott who did an excellent job for me and he came out and checked my roof and even checked my insurance documents to see if I could get a new roof. Very professional and very prompt. I would highly recommend them
