UPDATED review: They honored their warranty and replaced the tiles that were lifting! All I had to do was send a demand letter by certified mail. All in all I am happy that the lifting tiles were replaced so I don’t have to worry about rain getting in or under them. Second review: 4 years later some of the roof tiles are lifting. It wouldn’t be a problem if they honored their 5 year labor warranty and fixed it. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail box is always full. I worked with Scott who did an excellent job for me and he came out and checked my roof and even checked my insurance documents to see if I could get a new roof. Very professional and very prompt. I would highly recommend them
I highly recommend Americas Best Roofing! They did a fantastic job for a reasonable price and were completely professional from start to finish. The crew was great and did a thorough cleanup every day. The most impressive part was when they came back after hours to put plastic on our roof when an unexpected storm popped up, saving our house from the rain. Their dedication and work ethic are top-notch.
UPDATED review: 4 years later some of the roof tiles are lifting, probably from improper installation. It wouldn’t be a problem if they honored their 5 year labor warranty and fixed it. Sometimes they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail box is always full. When I talk to the office staff they have no idea what’s going on and always say they’ll call me back. America’s Best Roofing installed a new roof on the 60-unit apartment complex I oversee. They were professional from start to finish, did a stellar job, & couldn’t have been easier to work with. In fact, their work was so good that I asked them to do the roof on our recreation room building, which includes both a standard flat roof & terra cotta tiles, several months later.
