We live in the Charleston SC area and had to evacuate due to hurricane Matthew. We reserved rooms for our family through an online service. Our reservation was at Americas Best Inn and Suites, Augusta GA. We looked over the photos of their rooms on bookings web site and thought everything looked good. However, upon arrival, the guest rooms look nothing like the pictures they have on their website. They have seriously misrepresented their hotel.
