Excellent service from all the staff at the Chambersburg Office!! I will be returning to this location for all my eyewear needs!!! I even referred several of my friends for their eye care needs! Five stars
I was honestly hesitant about going for a virtual eye exam, but I ran into someone who told me that they had a great experience. I decided to give it a try and I am glad that I did. The entire process was smooth and efficient. Sam and his team; Carolyn and Astrid, who were there today when I went were professional, kind and informative. Also there is a great eyeglass selection!
Never made it past the front desk receptionist. Very unprofessional and rude so I took my business elsewhere.
I did not have a good experience. Staff is pushy. Speaking to one employee and another very crass woman with a nose-ring kept yelling from across the store her "suggestions" for the employee to show us from. If this was a training situation she should have got up, came over, and been part of the conversation. If not training, she should have minded her own business and not barked at us the whole time we're trying to give someone else our attention. My husband and I visited this location today and the experience was extremely unprofessional from start to finish. When my husband was taken back for his eye exam, the female employee performing it behaved in a way that made him uncomfortable — excessive giggling, silliness, and what felt like inappropriate flirting during a medical appointment.
