I really liked the experience. Haven't been to an eye doctor since a kid. I paid out of pocket and felt it was very decent priced and easy to schedule and staff is friendly.
Waited more than an hour for a scheduled appointment just to be told that their virtual doctors were running behind so I had to reschedule. Staff was incredibly rude about it and assistant manager Carolyn acted like it was my fault. Should have listened to what I heard. Stay away from this place!
Waiting two hours for a scheduled appointment and the shop says it’s the remote doctor and to probably reschedule for an appointment first thing in the morning. Been sitting for two hours just to be called into the room to still wait for a doctor. What’s the point of an appointment?
Sam and his staff are excellent providers. The eye Dr is remote and you never get the same one so that can be a bit off putting but the staff and the knowledge they possess more than make up for it. I'm a complicated guy who sometime has problems effectively communicating in person and the good people who work there are quite patient and very understanding.
Customer service is outstanding, associates are very helpful and friendly.
