It doesn't take 20/20 vision to see that this is the best place to get glasses in the area!! I've been wearing glasses since I was nine years old and this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. Everyone was very friendly and professional.

Owner said insurance was accepted and made an appointment for eye exam, during the eye exam staff said insurance was not accepted. Had to pay out of pocket for exam. Disappointed with the misinformation. Best to ask twice before going back for an exam. An hour wasted.

I traveled to this location (I had them myself sent to the wrong location) but I made the extra 25 or so minutes to your Chambersburg PA location. I get there and try on my glasses that were sent and they fall apart on my face the arm of the glasses came apart I didn’t know what to do. But your manager at the Chambersburg location took me under his wing real quick and hooked me up with the display frames that were mine and cleaned them up and adjusted to my face so I wouldn’t have to come back. I had a great experience. Although I spent 4 hours there on a Saturday for my glasses and contact exam. They were busy, and I took forever to pick out frames. Therefore the fact that I was there so long was mostly my fault. The service was excellent! Especially when I didn't like the frames I originally picked out because they were way too big and adjusting them made no difference. They said they would do whatever it took to make me happy.
