I visited the store on the 4th of December the eye exam went well the doctor was professional and attentive. The selections of frames were good. The glasses were scheduled for pick up on the 17th. I arrived on the 18th after receiving notification glasses were ready for pick up. When I arrived my glasses were not there, and my account status said they were picked up, the assistant said they had to talk to the manager and would contact me. I visited Americans Best Lebanon, Pa location last evening and my visit was fabulous. From the minute I walked in the door. Karen was very warm and pleasant. Dr Miller was very attentive and explained everything in detail. I’m not sure of the ladies name who did my testing before I seen the doctor. She had blonde hair. She was fabulous. This was my first visit to Americas Best and it was very good. Karen was exceptionally kind and helpful explaining all my options. I will certainly do a return visit when needed.

The doctor in person is really nice and listens to my concerns! She takes her time and goes the extra mile!
