Appointment was at 11:00 and was finally seen at 2pm . What’s the point of setting an appointment if you just gonna wait forever . Then she just in the room chatting with the patients.
They are so rude , I’m never going back again
I remember coming here and they took a while just to have a zoom online eye appointment now I should have rescheduled but anyways they told me my daughter might have something I forgot maybe cataracts . Then her glasses were made wrong . It was kinda crazy I brought her here thinking it was best then her going to a place they accepted Medicaid .
Had an appointment for 10:50 am. I was the first one here. 6 people come in after me. So far, three of them have already been seen. It's now 11:40 and still waiting. The eye "doctor" apparently doesn't know how pull the next file in the box. "Let me grab this one in the back." Absolutely ridiculous.
Drove 40 mins to store for a 12pm appointment got there 15 mins early confirmed my ins and then immediately my eyes were checked by the cameras I was then told to wait for the doctor after 1:30pm my name was finally called. After being rushed through the exam I was then sent to a sales person who tried sell me all the options. Had I had a new exam I could of gotten the same glasses online on America's best website a whole lot cheaper.
