Had an appointment at 1130. Finally got out at 130. They wasted 2 hours of my time. Please don't go here if you have other things to do.
I came in today for a routine eye exam. Everyone has always been very nice here. So, today was no different with the friendly staff. However, the doctor was extremely rude. I walked in the exam room and could tell right away that she did not want to be there. I tried to make small talk and replied that I bet she was tired and ready to go home.With no response, I said how much longer do you have? She said, 6:30 if she was lucky. Don't go to this location. I Had to wait 4 hours for a contact and eye glass exam. After my prescriptions were finalized, they wouldn't give me a copy. I had to go to another location just to get a copy of my prescription. This directly violates the FTC Fairness to Contact Lens Consumers Act and is considered medical malpractice and consumer fraud.
Walked in at 6.40pm no one greeted me ,at the 278 Covington location,waited patiently for a few mins, an associate walks in from outside the store to tell me pick up ends at 6 pm and walks off….really good customer service !!! Drove 25 mins after getting off work and i guess my time wasn’t valuable enough to be served or greeted!
