Service was good and I like my glasses. But the upsell is such a scam. 2 pair progressive glasses special. Heavy pressure to upgrade, even when I said 3x just the special deal I came for.

My mother and I went in to get an eye exam and glasses. When I tell you this place is amazing. The young lady in the front was super friendly and Alicia helped my mother and her jokes had us laughing. I have to say Erika was such an amazing associate. She was so helpful and when I tell you had us feeling like we knew her for years. She helped my mother understand and feel comfortable in her purchase, I never felted like I was getting sold on something and her spirit was very much needed. Thank you to the whole team. I recently visited this America’s Best and had an outstanding experience thanks to Amy. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Amy helped me choose the perfect frames that fit my lifestyle and comfort level, and she explained all my lens options clearly. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor made the visit, enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend the store and especially working with Amy if you want top-notch service and expertise.

I will never go to another place for glasses. This was like talking to your besties and getting glasses at the same time! Everyone here is so nice! Thank you! Erika, Mario, Dr. Mamphey, Gary and the front desk crew that I didn’t catch their names! No one tried to sell me things I didn’t want/need and I found glasses that fit quickly. 🙌
