I place my order and it takes forever to get my glasses I called a week after and everyone who answered the phone was very rude not pleased at all
It takes a very long time to get glasses and have other priorities other than some customers
Daniella was very helpful with my father who only speaks Spanish. She really listened and wasn't judgmental at all when it came down to details and explanations when he picked up his glasses. Amazing team all around, I will be coming back!
