My experience with America’s Best was extremely disappointing, and I will not be returning after I get my glasses situation resolved. From the beginning, I felt like the focus was more on making the sale than actually educating me as a customer. I was never properly informed about the thickness of my lenses or that my lenses may need to be shaved down/thinned because of my prescription. Mr. Ronnie was absolutely awesome. The whole staff Michael, Roseann and Tea went above and beyond to help me get the best service I have ever had. I appreciate each one of these great people and the service they provide. I recommend the America’s Best in Springfield Tennessee to everyone.

I had a great experience at America’s Best! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my visit. They made the whole process easy and comfortable, and I never felt rushed or pressured. I especially want to give a shoutout to the tall guy with glasses! He was super friendly, patient, and helpful, and made me feel very comfortable during my visit. I've been wearing glasses since I was 18 im 62 now, and I must say my whole experience at this location was by far superior over any place I've been. From the front desk to the lady that checked my eyes to the exam and to pick out my frames . I no longer have to settle just for a pair of glasses I now have America Best !!!
