My daughter ordered a pair of prescription sunglasses and a pair of regular glasses on 4/3/2026 as we have a vacation coming up . We were never notified that her glasses were delivered until I called. No email notification as well. After a phone call we were notified that sunglasses were in and we attempted to pick them up 4/22/2026. They only had the sunglasses case. They wanted me to wait another 48 hours to reorder and the process to reorder would be time consuming and we would have to wait another 2 weeks for delivery. I... read more

This place is amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Roseann (I think was her name) She was very helpful with explaining the lens of glasses and telling me different prices! The man that was in there didn’t catch his name, but he was very friendly too!
