I was having trouble with a pair of glasses I bought there a few months ago. The first guy who adjusted my glasses, as it turned out, made them worse. When I came back a few days later, Ronnie helped me. I'd never met him until then, and he was phenomenal!. He knew what he was doing! He wrestled with them and never gave up! He was fun to watch? Enjoyable experience with great results
Everytime we walk in, the lady at the front wearing her hair in a ponytail/glasses, is always pretty rude sadly, especially today. She needs to work on her customer service skills a little bit more please. She always make us feel unwelcomed; and like we’re bothering her when we walk in to pick up an order; or for a follow up. But the Doctor is always great! The ONLY reason we come to this location. Thank you!
They hold your prescription hostage for contacts I went to pick the prescription because they can’t do it electronically. Weirdos. They gave me a glasses prescription won’t be going back I miss Dr. Summers at Walmart!
