Had an appointment same day I called. Everyone that worked with me was great. Michael and Rosemary were very helpful. Glad I called today. Highly recommend America's Best and Springfield's Best! Thanks guys.
This place is amazing! Very friendly and helpful! Roseann (I think was her name) She was very helpful with explaining the lens of glasses and telling me different prices! The man that was in there didn’t catch his name, but he was very friendly too!

I really liked the ppl here. Dr. Was thorough and professional. The saleslady was knowledgeable but not pushy. Answered all my questions and I had a lot.
Tall guy with the glasses who is upfront is extremely rude. No customer voice at all. Gave me an unnecessary attitude when I asked regarding about my contacts and glasses. The other two ladies are great at attending their customers. They gave me a detailed explanation about every question I asked.
