They made me feel welcome when I walked in and the optometrist listens a d responds to my questions.
The staff was helpful and nice but the glasses were so expensive. My husband and I got two pairs and it was almost $800 after insurance. My husband has needed glasses for years but I just started needing them for reading. I did not even get designer frames. The case they came in was cheap, clear plastic that broke very quickly. I expect a protective case for expensive glasses. Their ads are misleading about their prices.
America's Best in Acworth. Everything was fine until the day I picked up my glasses. The assistant manager Sheryl was not happy that I requested Erin's assistance instead of hers. When I asked for a hard case instead of the plastic see-through case she was rude and refused to give me one. I've spent over $600 on 3 pair of glasses from America's Best within one year, and I referred two of my family members to America's Best that have also spent a lot of money at America's Best. I’ve been buying eyeglasses at America’s Best in Acworth, Georgia for quite a few years now. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel very welcome there. I was having trouble narrowing down my choices and everyone kind of jumped in and helped me with their opinions, which were very helpful. I especially want to give a shout out to Imani. Took my child to America’s Best and had a great experience with Cody. The staff was patient, friendly, and made everything easy. Would definitely go back.
