My granddaughter broke her eyeglasses. She had big end-of-year exams coming up in 2 days. The employees worked past closing time to fix her frames! Awesome job!
Absolutely kind and gracious customer service from every employee I spoke with at last week's eye exam. They were very patient with me as well. Answered my questions and took time to really understand what I needed and was looking for. Plus my glasses are beautiful. I should be picking them up soon.
Wonderful experience every time. Cody who assisted me when I broke my glasses was able to find that my frame were still in shock and he was able to put my old lenses back onto the new frames. Life Saver! Cody and the other employee's are a credit to America's Best professional and caring attitude that makes every visit so enjoyable and helpful. Bravo
