Always available parking, they're always welcoming and never takes too long to say hello even when they're super busy. I'm not uptight so I don't need a hello the exact moment I open a door, I have a brain enough to understand people are busy helping others. I have the membership which I absolutely love it is the BEST! 3 years of eye exams! For free with membership sooo worth it. DO NOT go to this store. Every time we've gone in, they mess something up. Because my wife is on Medicare, this place is the only one with walk-ins available in the area that takes her insurance and aren't booked out for forever, we had to go here again, hoping for the "Best". They have screwed up so many things. Didn't place an order when they said they would. CHARGED me for $81.00 for the difference between the contacts that were supposed to be covered and STILL DID NOT PLACE THE ORDER. They claim they didn't charge my car... read more
Dr. B. was fantastic. I thought I was having serious eye problems. He took the time to not only give me my yearly exam, but also address my concerns. He went above and beyond what I expected. My husband's cardiologist didn't spend as much time explaining procedures just the day before after 3 blocked arteries. When an optometrist and the staff are so professional and accommodating it really makes a difference. They dont help people that have no vision insurance. They used to be $45 for a simple eye exam now its nearly $100 and they dont allow half down and half once glasses are ready 2 weeks later. What a joke. Americas WORST sounds better. Keep looking there's so many other better deals out there. This place should go out of business.
Very nice staff, Doctor was so backed up, I waited over an hour. Not his fault, he still gave me a great exam.
