The entite office smells like a wet gym sock and gross carpets. Could barely breathe with the smell. They had me wait 45 min pas my appt time and told me to shop for glasses while I waited. They had already had me remove my contacta and I was unable to see and mentioned this and they said to keep them out until my exam was done. Good job on the glasses. However, I must comment on Miss Aubree, she should not be involved with customer interactions. Her attitude is deplorable, doesn't want to listen and is annoyed with any other input other than her own. She should be on the deep fryer back where customers aren't involved.

The eye doctor was a minimalist. You pay the full amount of your exam and he gives you the minimal amount of required evaluation. The place could be on fire and he would probably be the first one out the door. My opinion ..Only.... But if you're paying the full amount, you should be getting the full amount. The female Associates were OK, but I came in to pick up my glasses with a male dude who didn't even check to see if the glasses fit my face or if they needed any adjustment.
