I love this place. They listened to my concerns, and listened to my solution. They fitted me with contacts that are so comfortable and 2 pairs of glasses, im good to go!!
I have been calling daily to check on my contacts it’s been 3 weeks every day is something new of excuse!! It’s been 3 weeks going on 4 but they sure charged my insurance and my debit the same exact moment I ordered them!
My heart was so full when I walked into Americas’s Best today. Ty greeted me with the sweetest face that made me instantly open up about my issues, and I left beyond grateful! I haven’t had the best experiences with this company over the years, but Ty fulfilled ALL of my expectations and more. Professional, patient and especially kind. I will always come back because of Ty.
Ty helped me tremendously. She set up an eye exam for Mon Oct 20, went over the different options I have, and ordered new lens for my current frames (before my warranty expired). She is a prized employee and management should prioritize her retention in this company. Thank you Ty for being so patient and professional!
