The staff is pretty nice, warm, and friendly. Each time I have gone in, they’ve been pretty helpful. As far as the quality of the exam portion, I would have to say it’s a bit off putting. I can tell they have quotas so it’s probably no point in giving negative feedback. I definitely felt rushed to finish and I had more questions to ask but was a bit rushed by the doctor to wrap up…… I had other issues and concerns but she was already done writing up my script….. so needless to say I was over it and will probably just get my ... read more
On yesterday I stopped by this location and Iris who is very professional helped me with my glasses! Iris took the time to adjust, and tightened my glasses up just right with no hesitation! Also when I asked her to help me understand stand my prescription on my newly purchased glasses from another America Best location , she took the time to explain the prescription . Thank you Iris for making my day ! Now I can see much better!
