When I first moved to Texas about two years ago, I came to this location and had a good experience. Since then, however, it seems like the staff changes frequently. The only employee I recognized today was one person who has been there consistently everyone else appears to rotate in and out often. When I arrived for my appointment, there were three employees behind the front desk chatting and laughing.
