Been with them 15 years. Over the last 5 years the turnover has been very high and the quality of work is now very poor. Today's mistake was "Oops, we forgot to order your contacts, we will call you in 2 weeks when they arrive." Go somewhere else.
If you live out of town I'd recommend you find another drs office . They absolutely suck to deal with and they act like your dealing with plutonium instead of contacts . Without a stupid long drawn out story, suffice to say it wouldn't be bad if they didnt force you to go back and forth NEEDLESSLY especially with gas 4 bucks a gallon .
Scheduled an appointment for today at 5:30pm just for them to cancel on me the day of at 4pm due to a “machine malfunction” when they could’ve called way this morning instead of an hour before. This is ridiculous.
