They canceled my appointment as I was standing in their lobby. My phone received an alert as I walked in the door, and I questioned the desk as to why I was receiving an alert that my appointment was canceled. It was 430 on the dot and she said that there would be no grace period, and they refused to see us.
The sales associate, Kennedy , did a fantastic job explaining the different options and catering to our needs . She listens and represents the company well . The product has many different tiers of quality . The quality of vision should not be based on how much you can afford . Kennedy did a good job of moving us through the process. Had a great experience with Adrian getting glasses today. She helped with the insurance. Great selection.
My appointment was at 12:20. I arrived a little late 12:29, after driving 40 minutes to get there, to be told I would need to be rescheduled for being late. No empathy or anything. They will not get my money ever again
Morning, I had purchased 2 pairs of glasses from America's Best at Tanger (have used AB since 2003). The recent purchase was for 2 different frames/lenses. In a short period after purchase (2 months) one, or both lenses have randomly popped out for no reason. The local staff graciously tried to fix on site. However it became apparent one has "miss-fitting lenses. They have already ordered a new complete pair. Customer Service has stellar for something from "out of thier house".
