I’m so happy for America’s best staff! I was able to get my glasses replaced as well as having a great appointment with a great eye doctor! Adrian at the front desk is very patient and Helpful! America’s best is the best!
Our entire experience from first appointment to picking up new glasses was incredible. Really appreciated Adrian's help choosing frames and make sure we received all our vision benefits. Thank you so much for a fabulous and positive experience!
Unprofessional. Receptionist tells you to sit and wait or walk around and someone will be with you. Due to this, they end up serving customers who come in after you. No one checked in with me. I waited 20 minutes before finally leaving. The sales associate with the undertone passive aggression towards one another was jawing. Thankfully I was able to get better service at one of their other locations.
Kennedy was excellent! Knowledgeable, helpful and friendly!
