Several members walk around like they have attitudes. The worst of my experience - I purchased a pair of Guess frames, I had my eye exam done. When my glasses came in the left lense was cracked you couldn't tell until you looked through them or held them up in an angle. They let me keep the glasses and order another pair when that pair came in the lenses was fine however instead of just giving me the new glasses they decided to take the lenses out and put them in the frames they let me have.
