Terrible experience here. Not only was the staff rude and unhelpful, but I later discovered they charged my insurance for services I didn’t even receive! Completely dishonest and unethical – they hid the extra charges and billed my insurance for no reason. I’ll never be back and would recommend others to avoid this place.

I love this place. It's the best service. Friendliest staff. They go out of their way to make your day and get you the right glasses. They're amazing.!!!!! Only place I get glasses at they're always right and they're always friendly!!
The whole experience was easy! Dr. Yates was super helpful and knowledgeable. Mamie was a tremendous help to both my wife and me. We'll definitely be going back.
