They're good... VERY good! All of the staff here are very customer friendly and professional. The technician was very efficient and proficient. The optometrist was quite an expert in my opinion. She was pretty direct but in a confidence inspiring way. She seemed almost too straightforward and direct at first but that's just because of how capable she is. Read this if you are a new contact lens user. Might prevent a mistake. This is my first time ordering contact lenses. I was misinformed at this location. I was told my insurance would cover about a year supply of contact lenses (in reality most insurance companies cover the standard 6 months supply). I opted for monthly lenses of their own in-house brand simply because I wasn’t really given/discussed with any other options. They said I would receive 12 lenses.
