The store is clean and bright and has an excellent selection of frames at the different price points. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Kabrina was very knowledgable, energetic, and sincerely fun to talk to. It was my partner's first time getting classes in his life, and she explained everything very well, was keen to set accurate expectations, and also went above and beyond when she realized we weren't using our insurance to the best effect. Everyone in this location seems like they don’t like their job. I came in for the free eye exam that comes with 2 pairs of glasses. I let them know when I got there that I’d also need a new prescription for my contacts because the last ones they prescribed were wayyyy off. So, once I get into the exam room with the doctor, we started conversing and I think our conversation must’ve been so interesting that she didn’t even look into my left eye. I bought a pair designer over priced glasses and added a warranty to it, within months had to return due to the frame was bending. I later returned due to scratches on the lens, they don’t even attempt to buff the scratches out they refer you to an outside vendor not affiliated with them and charge you separately. I will never go back or recommend any one else. Very dissatisfied and will report to better business bureau.

They're good... VERY good! All of the staff here are very customer friendly and professional. The technician was very efficient and proficient. The optometrist was quite an expert in my opinion. She was pretty direct but in a confidence inspiring way. She seemed almost too straightforward and direct at first but that's just because of how capable she is.
