Jennifer hung up on me when I called back. Nobody would answer then I called back and a gentleman answered told me that they would cancel my order and that he would email me the cancellation & verified my email. I heard nothing back from him so I called back, spoke to Jennifer again, who then laughed in my face and told me that that’s not how things work I would have to come in. It’s completely unprofessional staff zero out of 10 recommend
Transition lenses are not right, even after new lenses. Frame quality is poor. Purchased two pairs one is broken the other color chipped off frame. Optometrists are incompetent and will sell you glasses that don’t fit properly or are too big for your face. Service and merchandise went from A+ to -0.
Keri and the whole team are wonderful! I wouldn't hesitate to refer this location to anyone. Stop in today if you need some eye assistance!
Alyssa was welcoming and very patient in helping me secure my pair. Would come again!
