Update 2: After receiving the response on this google review I reached out and spoke to Brandi the manger from the store (because all they do is refer you back to the store) & she told me on 4/28 that she personally spoke to my vision insurance and they walked her through the website to fill out the form and everything was taken care of. After reading some negative reviews, I was a little skeptical. My son used America’s best and was very satisfied. He said the exam was very thorough and everyone was professional, so I decided to make an appointment and take advantage of the two pair plus basic exam deal. I am very satisfied. Everyone was professional and courteous. They didn’t try to upsell eyewear. However, if you’re not aware, there are additional tests besides the basic “refraction” eyeglass exam.
