I buy my glasses on Zenni, Payne, eyebuydirect, and I thought going in to a store and having a full experience and being able to pick out a frame try it on and have the whole kitten caboodle would be a nice change. The exam was ok, but the preexam made me a little wary, the lady was fine, but she had a young man with her that said he was being punished and just had to watch. Kinda weird. I arrived at 9:03 for my 9:10 appointment, they were not open, lights off inside. The employee standing ouside told me they would help me around 9:30, I left.
I needed my glasses adjusted and Jennifer and Lee took care of me! Great friendly knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend going here. I will be bach for sure
I booked two appointments for two people. We arrived 10 minutes late and they didn’t want to honor the appointment. Very unprofessional service.
