I went in store three weeks ago to try on glasses b/c it is hard to find ones that fit my head comfortably. All the adds of get 2 pair of glasses or any deals that gets you to come in was told its only for people without ins what makes the difference i loved the dr I haven't ordered yet I was very upset not sure what to do
Came in for my annual eye visit and the doctor said nothing changed. Yet somehow the wrong prescription was finalized and the wrong contacts were ordered. I’m now waiting another week for the correct contacts to arrive and I had to pay shipping to have them come to my home instead of making a forth trip into the store to pick them up. They also refused to allow my husband to return the incorrect lenses stating I had to be the one to do it.
