Very disappointed in the customer service at this location! Not only are they not eager to help and provide support but one of their employees is extremely rude and short tempered. This is speaking based off of two separate occasions. I went in to pick up my glasses that did not fit my face, she was not willing to help me and said there was nothing they could do about it without even trying to maneuver the shape. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at an America’s Best! Everyone was so nice and was very informational/ had it together when I asked them questions. My doctor and tech were very professional and so good at taking the time to explain things, and my optician was also great too! I’m not one to leave reviews but I just had to, because of how positive my experience was. Keep up the great work!!
I went in store three weeks ago to try on glasses b/c it is hard to find ones that fit my head comfortably. They did not offer me any assistance and I had to listen to the employees complaining the entire time, about the stressful job and one white female employee was saying racist things like she was "the only white person" and she was "going to come in with dreadlocks" etc. she continued by bashing all of the customers after they left. after I looked around for at least 30 min, with no assistance and listening to them talk... read more

Buyer beware of the location :1317 N Main St., Summerville. SC I don't like to write this kind of review, but this is not a good place to get your eyes tested. If you have any doubt about what I have to say, please also check the prior reviews. There are common themes appearing. I was having trouble with my current glasses and went to this practice to get a new eye test done. The doctor I saw was kind and obliging, and during the eye test dialed things in really well.
