I bought two pairs of eyeglasses recently at your store in 1317 North Main Street Suite A3, Summerville, SC 29483 The staff was great, courteous and knowledgeable. One of the pairs I ordered polarized.When they came in, you could see the polarization spray was patchy and did not extend to the edges. I brought them back in. I definitely will not come back here again. The racism alone is enough to make you not want to come here big bald headed white guy coming in here to get seen for eyeglasses. I got here early to make sure that my appointment was on time and I got there early to make sure I filled out the intake Before the doctor would see me everybody there was late. I had other appointments to do and God forbid if I’ve been late I’ve been put on the back burner that I’ve been told to come back another day.

I was there close to a year ago where they were supposed to provide contacts. They had to order them. I waited about a month and called back to see if they ever came in, I was told no. I have not received the contacts or even a phone call apologizing for the delay and provided an alternative brand to this day.
