Not sure why the employees on call are sort to answer any questions….. Don’t bother to try to find an answer until you drill them to do something and still don’t get it done….
I recently visited the office off 1st and Wadsworth and I do like the doctor but I have been calling for the last four days to see if my glasses are ready and either someone picks up and says hold or they just pick up and put me on hold. Currently I’ve been on hold for 28 minutes and the girl said give her 5 or 10 minutes. I called this past Saturday and they never even answered the phone. This place sucks. Scheduled me for a 9am appointment but no one is even in there?? Store is supposed to open at 9 and it’s 9:30. I don’t have the time to be waiting on irresponsible employees. The staff here have always been lazy and selfish. Just save yourself the headache and go to Visionworks down the road.
Very bad service, very rude staff. This is the last time I'll go to this place.
