This place is horrible People are rude They don’t know what they are doing at all I can’t believe they are in business Don’t go here
I have been coming to this location for years. Dr. Kern is kind caring and compassionate. Josselin, the store manager is professional friendly and efficient. Really appreciate the staff and doctor and would recommend my family and friends if they need eye care.
SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. Avoid the lakewood location at all costs!!!! There are plenty of alternatives out there that are the same price point if not cheaper, do your research (sams, costco, visionworks)! The only saving quality about this location is DR. KERN who was nothing but kind and helpful. However once you are finished with the doctor it was a total nightmare. The girl who helped me order my glasses was not helpful at all. One employee, the one I was checking out with, was not good at explaining options or general customer service and it ended up costing me more time and money than was. Funny quote of the day he said “screw you computer, I am God. He was saying weird things and making weird sounds. Carmelita and Dan were fine and the docs were good. Not the best first experience at this location
Hi, first time dealing with america's best. It's my wife's second time this time.We ordered prescription shades with our glasses.I haven't had glasses since I was seven.So those are great, but do not ever order shades from them.It was a total run around first.They told me my sunglasses were in all they had were the lenses.No, frames I ordered nike frames.They told me they had to order the frames.Okay a week goes by.They call and say my glasses are in.Go back in still the same thing.Just lenses for the shades, no frames, so t... read more
