Very bad service, very rude staff. This is the last time I'll go to this place.
Absolutely junk glasses, I had to buy a glasses repair kit so I could tighten both pairs EVERY day only a month or two after purchasing. If I don't, they fall apart and the lens just fall right out of the frame. If I'm out and about, I just have no glasses until I get home or else I risk losing the lens entirely. Every. Day. They both have the exact same problem in the same exact place as well. Pretty much brand new glasses. Not a single scratch on the lenses from misuse either. I had a great a great experience with Adriana she was so helpful yesterday she helped me with picking out my glasses gave me tips on how to clean them and explained very well on what kind of lenses I need I recommend going I her she was very kind
Great customer service from everyone. They were so very helpful. Dr. answered every question I had and Myra was very patient in helping me with my contacts.
I usually have no issues with Americas best, but the last few years it has been HORRIBLE, last year I got new glasses and they broke within 2 weeks of me getting them, I went in and they said they would fix them for me, waited another two week for a new pair of glasses different frames for them to just break within a day, went back and they said they could not help me and I had to wait for my insurance to redo, fast forward to this year December I went in for my eye exam, called a two and a half weeks later to be put on hold... read more
