I had an excellent experience here. The front desk was welcoming and professional. Dr. Martinez took the time to explain every step of the exam, answered all my questions, and provided me with valuable eye health recommendations. I left feeling well-informed and confident. Highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of an eye exam or glasses!
DO NOT GO HERE!!!! This was the most disturbing and traumatizing experience for my family. The doctor there was extremely unprofessional by constantly saying the genetics of the kids are extremely bad because of their pror eyesight. Besides being rude he should not be allowed to with children. My kids felt the DR was making fun of them and making feel horrible by repeating over and over. The front desk people are very nice which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars. The doctor seemed like he didn't even want to be there. He took less than 30 seconds do my eye exam for a prescription and was super rushed and he ended up giving me a prescription that was way less than what I had on my previous prescription 2 years ago which does not make sense. Do not go here for an eye exam/prescription. The glasses they have are not good quality as well.
The ladies in the front are very friendly. However, Fernando is extremely rude! My husband’s and my appointment were at 5:20 and 5:30. Due to traffic delays we got there at 5:25. My husband did not expect to be seen as he was the one that was late. The lady at the front desk managed to get him in for his eye exam. Fernando comes to ask for “one “ of us.
