Went by a few days ago, everything was pretty fast however I noticed that I was charged for ONE pair of glasses for 95, instead of two. Their whole deal is 2 for 95, so it feels like a scam. Also the staff is so awkward, really doesn’t talk to you or anything. Another thing that doesn’t sit right with me was when I did my eye exam, I asked to keep my glasses on, when usually other eye exams I’m asked to take them off so it feels like my updated script doesn’t feel valid. These people are great. The price is very reasonable, the service is excellent, the product is very good quality. There is a waiting period for delivery of the glasses but it is well worth it.
Came here to get contacts, and they did service me as soon as they could, but the girl that ordered me contacts did not check for my astigmatism, did not ask me what type of contacts I prefer, and just said “okay, I just ordered them.” That’s it. Did not even ask me if I easily get dry eyes or irritation (which I do). She probably just ordered the standard or most expensive ones. Didn’t even give me the price before charging me. Fast, easy and a great price! Brought my seven year old to get an exam because she had been having trouble at school. Doctor was very thorough during exam and answered my questions. My daughter was super comfortable with the staff here, they were so helpful. Especially when she was picking glasses. We should get them in a week. I think we'll be coming here from now on.
They are very nice. The store manager is awesome. My glasses broke and he took my lenses and found another frame to fit from his return pile. He didn’t charge me. Thanks AB!
