Great Staff. Highly recommend the following Yael and Orlando. Both were very friendly answered any concerns or questions. I also like to recommend Dr. Witt. Very helpful and professional.
Everyone was nice and Professional.
I came in to see if i could change out my pair of glasses and the lady that helped me illiana was extremely rude she gave me attitude and made me feel dumb for asking questions. She proceeded and try to upsell me products that I didn’t need or ask for. If i responded with no thank you to what she was trying to sell her whole demeanor would change.
Terrible customer service, but Very nice female Dr. The young people working there don’t know what they’re doing. I bought my glasses in Nov 28 2025. I went to pick them up & get them fitted. While there Marlon attempted to adjust them & melted the frames and the lens popped out. They tried giving me a used floor model to replace it and didn’t even apologize. I refuse to take the used floor model, so they had to order me a new one that would take two more weeks. I was never notified when they arrived. When I called the store... read more
