I called the office requesting a medical eye appointment. The receptionist answered and said, “Let me transfer you,” but did not explain who I was being transferred to. I waited on hold for about six minutes without any information, so I hung up and called back. When I called again, the same receptionist answered and stated the schedule was full, that they had asked the doctor whether I could be seen for a medical visit but the doctor said no.
