Absolutely horrendous experience. I have literally been in 7 times now, the doctors and lady’s up front can’t keep track of which contacts I’ve tried and which ones they’ve given me. They gave me a trial pair this last time and I came in and said those worked good, then they tried to give me the wrong prescription for the 5th time. I explained that that wasn’t correct and they told me to go somewhere else. Mind blowing lack of competence up here
It was very easy to get an appointment - Everyone was very friendly and went out of their way to make you feel comfortable
I've always had wonderful experiences at America's Best--everyone has been incredibly helpful, and I absolutely loved seeing Dr. Molly Wiles. She's the best! Unfortunately, my visit today changed all of that. I recently had to replace my glasses after my puppy damaged them...again. During that last visit, the employee assisting me said the previous frame style I loved so much was no longer available after I shared with him, they needed to be ordered online like they were in the past. Very affordable, but the staff (as a whole) are the most judgy feeling and hardest to talk to staff optometrist staff i’ve ever dealt with by far. I’ve had nothing but chill friendly experiences at vision works, pearl vision, and family owned eye doctors. Unless you’re really tight on cash, AVOID. Not the kind of optamatriat and staff you want to keep seeing over the long run. Please DON’T give them your business.
