I’ve been going to Americas Best for years. Available appointments are impossible to get. I’ve waited 3+ months for call back on an available appt. & I haven’t heard from them the Joe White Blvd. office. Since then, my eyes haven’t been the same and I’m forced to seek help elsewhere. Is this how you treat your regulars?
Stopped in location on 10th Ave N in Myrtle Beach (by Sams) with 2 broken pairs of sunglasses. I was greeted by Shane who was wonderful. He took both pairs and fixed them on the spot in about 15 mns. That was it. I was on my way with my glasses. Great service. I highly recommend...
Called 2 months ago to verify they took my insurance when I made the appointment. I showed up today for my appointment, now they don’t take my insurance and want to charge me $200. Stay away!!! Scam and liers!!
I don’t usually write reviews for eye care places. I didn’t get much sleep last night and came in super tired today. Dr. Phillip was quick to take care of me and write my prescriptions for glasses, lenses, color lenses, and daily lenses. He was down to earth and had me laughing today. After my appointment Jane set me up with some daily lens trials and ordered some monthly trials for me. Jane was super nice, had an amazing smile, and was so warm and friendly :) Thank you so much Jane and Dr. Phillip
