That is the worst office ever, I was customer since 15 years in Richmond Va , then I moved to Myrtle Beach, trying to stay with this business, but what a disappointment! That is not the first time I walk from this store extremely upset. I was trying to just put new lances to frame , which I keep never used , but surprise, SUPRICE , RECEPTIONIST said, that I can't do this because frame is too much destroyed /was never used because wrong lances/. Great experience. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
I was currently out of town on vacation with my family and the only 1 pair of glasses I had, lost a screw and slighly bent at that area. Kayle, Jessica, & Cristina ALL Had Extremely Excellent Customer Service & Jessica in Particular Spent Over 30 Minutes to Ensure I got my glasses repaired & usable. 5 STARS IS NOT ENOUGH FOR THEIR KINDNESS & DEDICATION!
