I definitely think AB has went downhill in the last few years. Yesterday the corner of my right eye was all red so seeing as though this never happened to me before, I was very concerned. I called my bf to pick me up from work and he started calling the ABs that we're closest to us to ask what we should do. The first AB I called told me they had no doctor available(as per usual)the second one did, but I had to wait until 2:20 before the doctor could see me , I guess they have only one doctor available and it was lunch time. ... read more
the staff avoided finding my vision insurance information although i have been to americas best in the past. i called another location and they were able to find my information within five minutes. it seems like they’re trying to avoid having patients at this location
I went in took my prescription I purchased 5 pair of glasses the staff was very kind. I couldn’t had brought 5 pairs of glasses but the cost was reasonable. Plus I could get my bifocals without the line. I will be back
