Dina is the best. I came in needing glasses asap for work. She got me in and out when everyone else said my glasses couldn’t be fixed. She has the skills and the personality. 10 out of 10 service.
I’ve been to many locations, but this one by far has been the best hands-on experience! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. The manager, Mr. Rob Thomas, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even assisting me with getting my contacts. Dr.Fatima Hassan was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Rob in the West Long Branch NJ location was so nice and extremely helpful.
Not very good had to take glasses back twice and they were still not right had to cancel order.Robert seem to be the only one who knew what he was doing don’t ever get rid of him .
This is the best place. The doctor and her team are fantastic. I am writing this, so the whole world knows. Big fan!! And you can book online!
