63yo with 40yrs wearing contacts. Same prescription for most of that time. I set an appointment, staff was great. BUT it's not my first rodeo, I left paying for a contact prescription and not getting a contact to use until my order comes in, no "valid" prescription and after calling them back with a promise of getting back to me the same day with a reason for this. I got NOTHING. No call, no prescription, no contacts, nothing!

Been waiting for the opportunity to get the time to come down. Was ignored!! 2 other people came in the door as I was the only customer waiting. They still serviced them both and never acknowledged me. I left as I am big on customer service. Why should I leave my money there if I am ignored??? 😡

Dr. Gdovin was very off-putting when I tried to discuss the symptoms I was experiencing. She repeatedly talked over me and dismissed what I was saying. She also attributed my concerns to the brand of contact lenses I wear, which had nothing to do with the symptoms I described. Based on my experience, I would not recommend seeing this doctor. If you are a veteran, I would especially avoid seeing this doctor if you want your concerns properly documented and addressed. Amy and the whole staff were very patient with me through the process of picking out the correct lenses. It took a couple times but they got it right for me! Very thankful. Best deal in town.

This place lied to us about insurance.. So basically over the phone they said they accepted my insurance when we got there they said they didn't accept it and made us pay 65 dollars for exams now keep in mind three of us did exams so it was 195 plus taxes we will NEVER be coming back don't go if you have VSP or medicaid!
