The ladiesin the store were very nice and helpful. But NOT having an in person optometrist is horrible . The girls doing the testing were not experienced. But they were kind and wiith more time will do well . The virtual optometrist was somewhere in the Midwest, he had a curt attitude! He told me I could get readers at the drugstore! My doctor at VEC, told me not buy cheap glasses because my eyes are are nor even, they give me headaches. But this guy told me I need prescription glasses. Don’t have the name but the older black lady working denied me the ability to buy contacts. She seemed older but couldn’t work the computer well. Said she couldn’t sell them to me and can’t get my contacts and had all sorts of issues and another employee chimed in to “help” but didn’t do anything either: so i called another Americas best and they got me taken care of same day. Crazy how poor the knowledge was here
Fail. "The equipment stopped working" "We can't get the Doctor on Zoom" "We can send you to another location but you'll still have to wait." No discount worth this aggravation. Buyer Beware. You can do better.
