Very very bad service. The employee doesn't care about the customer at all. Have just a simple question to ask, waiting more than half an hour, and still no one is coming by to help. I will never come back again and definitely not recommend to go to this place.
Great experience at this location. Needed an adjustment to my glasses but was out of the area from the original store I bought them at. The two guys working were extremely pleasant and took one look and knew exactly what to do. Fixed it quickly and had me on my way. I really appreciate the level of service and friendly staff. Made my day. Thanks!!
Had my eye exam in June and paid for my new glasses. It’s nice the end of July AND I STILL DO NOT GAVE MY GLASSES! every week they have a new ridiculous excuse for why I still do not have my new glasses. They must think I’m an idiot. I will go to lense crafters the next time. They have far better positive reviews plus my insurance company recommends lense crafters and says to stay away from Americas Best.
My wife and i had a great experience, Dr. Wong is amazing and Randy is great.
Good prices and selection. Randy is the best!!! He is patient and helpful but not pushy. He is definitely an asset. The experience was pleasant and I have recommended friends and family.
