This experience has been one of the best I’ve ever had and I’ve worn glasses for 30 years Wanda was amazing and customer service was exceptional. Doc answered all my questions and felt great. Highly recommended
Love these people from manager to Dr and back to front again. Liked them so much I made my husband come here too. Way nicer then any of the other eye places around even other A.B. give them all of your time. Thank you oh forgot to say super fast but not rushed makes getting glasses a treat not a chore.
Called in earlier and felt like I was bothering the employee. I don't know, I only asked about contacts.
All I can say is amazing. I went to this location because my mother was struggling. The general manager called Wanda not only did she go above and beyond. She treated my mother like family gave her all the support needed. Wanda stayed over one hour fighting with my mom's insurance to make sure she got the coverage she needed. Wanda at the Warminster office is the greatest employee that an eyeglass place could ask for!! Wanda always makes sure that whatever insurance benefits I am entitled to, however little, I get. She also makes sure I get the best pricing on my daughter’s yearly daily contacts. Wanda makes sure you are taken care of and makes you feel like family!!
