The number one rule when helping a customer is to focus on them and their needs. It is disrespectful to the person there in person when the person helping them constantly answers the phone, helps coworkers, answers other customers questions while I just sit there waiting to try on glasses they have in their hand. Nothing has changed in the years I left this establishment. I’m forced back here by my eye insurance. Do better.
Everyone there were very professional. Chose eyeglass frames online, they were in stock. Dr. Smith's crew were very knowledgeable about their business. I'm a happy customer. Would recommend them highly.
