Great service new shipment of glasses came in I was picking up first pair waiting on second guy checked just in case mine came in early and they did so I didnt have to make a second trip definitely recommend being seen on the Northside they so much nicer
Every employee is great!! Very nice and pleasant!! They make your experience of purchasing glasses or contacts easy making you feel like part of their family!! My favorite is amber!! But everyone is awesome!
I never thought I would have found another eye place like this one, from the time I called for an appointment to getting the best service possible finding a pair and picking them up. I will definitely recommend America’s Best to all my family and friends
I went with my daughter because I wanted to take an exam and since I speak Spanish and there were some black women and as I started talking to my daughter in Spanish they started laughing at me just for the simple fact of speaking Spanish and when I asked them in English, what was the joke to make me laugh they didn't say anything and stopped laughing too.. and I decided to leave and not deal with those kinds of discriminatory people…
I love coming here, mr. Marcus was super sweet and I absolutely adore Peter (so funny, he has great pop culture references and a wizard at matches frames to faces) and My girl Amber made me feel so comfortable and picking my new glasses was quick and easy with her help. She helped me checkout and even gave me a discount and answered all my questions to a T! This place and their team are outstanding when it comes to professionalism AND customer service.
