I always have had a wonderful experience at this location. The Dr. Corley and her Nurse are amazing and very knowledgeable. Angel always helps me to make sure that I look my best with my Designer Frames, she provides Excellent Customer Service everytime, and always takes the time I need on my Glasses. Please visit this location and let them give you a 5 Star Visit. My son and I have been going here for years. If you’re looking for the best prices, style choices and that exceptional service look no further.
This store is by far the best America's best I went to. I went in on my birthday greeted instantly walking into the store. The service I was provided from Dr. Cooley and the reps Penelope, Jess, May and Marcia exceptional. They even sang happy birthday to me. The representatives and the doctor made sure my contacts were the right fit and brand. I was able to pick my glasses without being rushed plus being educated on what my out of pocket expenses would be. Thank you ladies for the great experience and will be returning!
The doctor did a good job at figuring out my exact prescription, but unfortunately she and the staff were rude. They talked down to me like a child, repeated their questions at me even when I clearly answered, and made snickering faces at each other when I replied. I’m 25, not their teenage daughter, I deserve to be treated with a level of respect. The males my age that came in were immediately met with kindness.
