Poor communication! I ordered my glasses on 8/28. My glasses where ready on 9/4. I had to contact them regarding my glasses today on 9/12. Which they had the correct phone number. A whole week went by with no communication and I honestly think if I never contacted them they were not going to contact me.
I have been in this location several times but this last I was helped for Susie, she is such a sweet, patient and meticulous with her work. I struggle with the pressure test and she was very understanding and kind with me. Thank you Susie.
