I ordered glasses for my daughter at this optical store, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. We brought a precise prescription from our ophthalmologist, but they still made the glasses incorrectly. First, they made the wrong size — my daughter tried them on, and it was obvious something was off. The staff apologized and promised to remake them, asking us to wait two weeks. Truly4Ang was super helpful in getting me in today for my glasses and eye exam. Everything went smoothly, and they made the process quick and easy. I really appreciate the great customer service and how they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!
This is my third time I’ve been to this America’s Best. However, today was exceptional! I saw Dr. Jodi Corley. She is a class act. I went in for a medical exam which may seem unusual. I had a bad experience with Virginia Eye Institute and wanted a second opinion. Needless to say, Dr. Corley was more thoughtful and thorough in her examination. I walked out feeling secure with her diagnosis. The wait may be a bit long, but it is most certainly worth it. I recommend!
This group of women are cheerful, professional, and fast. I had a wonderful experience the first time I went in. I wanted to get new lenses put in a very, old, pair of frames. All of my answers were met, and if they weren't able to answer (they do what I do), they asked someone else who might. It turned out they could do exactly what I needed. Taylor Is Absolutely Amazing! Not only did she repair my glasses but she was alot of fun to be around during my repair. She was very friendly and professional! I love the Midlothian Location and all the employees are cool - Taylor is my Fav!
