I ordered glasses for my daughter at this optical store, and unfortunately, it was a terrible experience. We brought a precise prescription from our ophthalmologist, but they still made the glasses incorrectly. First, they made the wrong size — my daughter tried them on, and it was obvious something was off. The staff apologized and promised to remake them, asking us to wait two weeks.
