Vanessa was awesome. She spent the time I needed. You have to wear your glasses every day, so it is awesome that she took her time because we got to love the glasses I have to wear every day all day. I think she deserves a raise
The 3 ladies that helped me out in the front and doctor Tiffany we're just amazing. The environment seems so friendly and they were joking around and smiling. Just when you walk right in the environment was just amazing. They should all get a promotion. They were amazing
I have been a patient/customer for many years at another location. When that location closed I started coming to Aurora. The customer service team is exceptional. They are always patient, listen to my questions and have solved everything. Britney has been especially attentive to me. I walk in and am greeted personally. I have recommended a few friends.
