This office is always busy but the staff makes sure everyone is noticed. Had an issue with frames and made two visits. On the second visit the frames were replaced at no cost. I feel that Kelbi made a customer centric decision, and by doing that he was able to keep me coming back !
Dr. Wilson is awesome! Great at what she does. Listened to me, did not treat me like a fast food customer. Bravo! I look forward to using her in the future.
My Dad’s lenses fell out of his glasses and I called and took them out to them and Victoria put them back in for me. They are great and very helpful. I bought my glasses there and everyone was absolutely wonderful.
We got our eye exams done there several weeks ago, and that was fine. My son and I also got a contact fitting exam and they had to order our trial pair, which they said they would contact us when those came in. No contact from them at all weeks later. My son has never worn contacts, so he also has to be shown by their staff how to put them in and take them out (they require them to teach him). This place could use some professional workers. Please I needed my glasses adjusted and got them bounced on the counter and this guy acted like he fixed them. What a joke. I'll never go back.
