Don’t get glasses here and don’t pay cash I tried to get glasses from here the ones I picked up were not my prescription I went back in and said they were not right and was told I need to wear them in the mornings to get use to them I tried to use to them well I tried that multiple times and that did not work so I came back to get a refund and since I paid in cash, I have to wait to get a check mailed to me so now I can’t Get my glasses tell this check shows up

This location is absolute trash customer service sucks I called to look into getting some lenses put in a frames that I've got and they told me that they do not do lenses for outside frames I have to purchase from their store called another store and they were more than willing to help me I feel like the lady at this store just didn't want to be bothered that's the impression I got talking to her on the phone in the past I've asked for my prescription and they've told me I have to come in and pick it up as they don't have em... read more

Do NOT come here for repairs. My boyfriend and I came in yesterday for basic repairs, not sure if the girl at the front-desk is allergic to working but she turned us down. She expressed the repairs were unrepairable. All it was was a simple arm straighten and screw replacement, which I’ve been helped by a nice older man here many times over the past couple years with no problems and he’s expressed to me multiple times to come in for any repairs and they’ll get them done. I would give zero stars if I could. Not only did they mess up my prescription, but they also mixed up my daughter’s prescription. When we went to pick up her glasses, we were told they had accidentally switched our prescriptions. On top of that, they ordered the wrong frames for my daughter, and we had to wait over 2½ weeks before finding out there was another mistake.
