**Update on this: still no refund mailed to us after 2 months!** Terrible location—avoid this place and go to a different office or any other eye doctor. The management and staff are completely incompetent, don’t communicate clearly with one another or customers and the doctor was visibly irritated that our appointment ran late and that he had to wait for the customer service representative to process our prescription. In American Best in West Jordan was the worst experience in buying glasses. My first glasses that I bought in Utah were in American Best in West Valley City. That was such a great experience that I wanted to buy them again in American Best but this time closer to my home. My experience in West Jordan was so awful that I don’t recommend them at all. I walked in without an appointment, and the staff was kind enough to fit me in. The optometrist was extremely thorough and compassionate. The general manager, Jeremy, was also very helpful and welcoming. Overall, a great experience and will be coming back.
