Melanie was great, helped me out was really patient and explained everything and answered all my questions.

The manager will tell you they can't keep track of thousands of orders, they have to rely on the computer. Their computer lost my reorder (reordered because their lab canceled my order and no one informed me) their computer doesn't show a reorder, but it does show I picked up glasses. I never was able to get the glasses in so there was nothing to pick up. Through 2.5 months of trying to get my glasses the would not give expedited shipping and their only solution was to do the same thing a 3rd time and hope it worked. I was v... read more
I want to take a moment to recognize the wonderful service I received from one of the employees Melanie during my visit. She was extremely helpful, kind, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was taken care of, even though things were busy. Her professionalism and positive attitude truly stood out and made my experience much better.
I want to say I didn’t get to buy anything bc my insurance had just been cancelled. Melanie was very nice and didn’t pressure me which I loved. She showed me options and even gave recommendations on what matched my face frame. I will go back once my insurance is back up. Keep her!!
