My appointment today was amazing ! I called 25 mins before my appt informing them that I left my insurance card home and I was sitting outside.. Alexandra insured me that I would be fine! Soons I walked in, all the ladies greeted me and, Alexandra remembered the phone call convo and sent straight to start my exam. Everyone (from the front to the back examining-area) was so welcoming and helpful. Would definitely make this my go to Eye center. Thank you Ladies for your customer service 🩷🩷
I had a regrettable experience regarding the professionalism exhibited by the staff at this location. During my mother's recent appointment, the manner in which she was addressed by the staff was discourteous and demonstrated professionalism. Unfortunately, this issue has been a recurring theme during her visits. In my assessment, the facility in Skylake provides a superior level of care and communication. Nicole and the whole staff were so nice and helpful , the doctor was knowledgeable and really friendly . Definitely makes you feel welcomed and like family :)
So this was my first time going to America's Best and I had a great experience here! Nicole and Alexandra were so AMAZING. They helped my husband and I with our selections and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I look forward to coming back.
