I used to like this place but now they are just RUDE! Each person that answers the phone has a different answer, everyone should be on the same page. Caitlin is nice, about the only one that seems to care. I give her 5 stars and the girl that had brought me back to check my eyes and showed me how to put my contacts in, I forgot to get her name. Other then that this place has gone down hill. Oh and it's going on a month now that I haven't got my glasses because of their confusion, smh!
