the worst service ever waited more than an hour and a half for a 10 minute exam. the frame selection was poor no one seemed to care that this became an all day event.

The staff is incompetent, starting with the girl at the desk. An initial visit lasted almost 2 hours because THEIR system was down & my eye insurance was unable to be verified. Multiple calls to the ’help desk’ provided no help. I will NEVER go back!

Absolutely the best! Ive been to many eye doctors but they are hands down amazing. All my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. I will def be back �
Wait time is horrific!!! Don’t bring small children with you if you don’t have to. Extremely disappointed �
