HORRIBLE I CALLED AHEAD TO ASK IF EYE EXAM WAS IN FACT FREE FOR CONTACTS AND EYE GLASSES I WAS TOLD YES.AFTER DOCTOR EXAMED ME HE GAVE ME THE PERSCRIPTION FOR CONTACTS AND EYE GLASSES.I WAS FORCED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL 79.00 FOR CONTACT LENS EXAM OR THEY WOULD NOT HONOR MY CONTACT SCRIPT.I AM PUTTING THIS ON TWITTER AND YELP ALSO.THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!!!! I HAVE CONTACTED BBB AND CEO OF COMPANY. THEY REFUNDED ME AND SENT ME FREE CONTACTS AND MY TWO PAIR OF GLASSES.
Used the Downingtown PA location. Everything was fine except for time waited. My daughter had a follow-up for her contacts after the one-week trial at 4:15 p.m. we got there 20 minutes early and waited until 5 o'clock before we were seen. That is the only reason I'm giving 4 stars everything else though was excellent.
