I'm just pissed off got my glasses Saturday and its only Wednesday and one lenses is chipped already
I was scheduled for an appointment and when I came in for the appointment I was told "Oh, the doctor isn't here, you were supposed to have received a call." So I had them check to see if they had called me and maybe I had missed it, but they did not even attempt to call me. The worker who told me that did not even apologize. This place is far from my home and I was taking time out of my work schedule to show up, just for them to tell me that I would have to come in another day. Gentleman who helped me pick out glasses was nice, but it took me 3 visits until they released my contact lense script. They kept trying to sell me their brand and told me I needed to wear my contacts for a week and then return. This is against the law. By law, they are supposed to give you your script upon payment. Three visits and wanted me to come back a fourth time and I told them NO WAY, that I wanted my script. They then tried to order my contacts for me. I told them "no thanks, that I order them on-line." Never again!
I go every year, they are awesome, and very friendly , a nice selection of all kinds of glasses to choose from...picked out my 2 new pairs yesterday , anxiously waiting for them.to.come back�
