Recommendedfriendly, good customer service! I sat on my glasses and obviously they broke. I had a replacement in 2 weeks even during the pandemic! My glasses were only 9 months old, so replacement was free and they gave me new lenses! thank you!
Been a costumer of America’s Best for years and have spent a lot of money on glasses and contacts for a family of 5. However, that all changed today! They fail to tell you information until AFTER your eye exam. There’s NO disclaimer or information on website that would inform a costumer of the changes to make an informed decisions. I'm visiting from Florida when my glasses broke, I went here because of their deal for two pairs of glasses in case I was in the same situation down the road, at least I have a back up pair, especially having 3 little ones. Anyways, they were quick, friendly, informative, overall great. Said that my glasses would take 2 weeks and got them both in 6 days! Oh, stay away from this location at all costs. Called to have appointment change and they said fine open slot. Arrive and have to wait. t They kept asking me to reschedule and couldn't. As for outside trying to reschedule another appointment, they take the walk in over me. At time I had no choice but to leave, they said I'm almost ready to be seen 45 minutes late. We've been coming here for a few years as we dont have insurance and their prices are more than affordable. This Saturday I went in for a routine eye exam to get new contacts and the Dr. noticed some serious eye issues (macular degeneration and Graves Opthomology). She spent a good half hour going over the findings, showing me photos and just talking to me about what all this means.
