I am very disappointed with the customer service. Our technician talked very quickly and seemed impatient and bothered by questions that were asked. When we mentioned this, she stated that they are encouraged to talk that way to move customers in and out when they are busy America’s Best… you are going to have to do better. Especially when working with seniors.
I will never buy another pair of glasses from this company. They sell trash for glasses and lure you in with a so called special! I bought a pair of glasses from them and the lenses were falling out within 3 months of use after spending $300 for them. Never again!!!!
I ordered contacts from here on October 10th when I ordered I was told they usually come in in about a week! I hadn’t heard anything so I called to check on them and when I called they said now it usually takes 2 weeks to get in. Okay. It’s been over 2 weeks now and still don’t have anything I called on Monday and they told me they had 1/2 of my order(contacts for one eye) but still waiting in the other half.
