Literally the worst customer service I have ever received. I waited over 45 mins after picking out my glasses for someone to help me. I finally had to complain and they had lost my chart. They then told me after ringing me up that the glasses I picked didn’t apply to the special I was there for. No one had explained what price range I had to pick. They had almost no options to choose from because they hadn’t cleaned the glasses and put them back from people trying them on. Then no one ever even apologized to me at all.

terrible customer service
I have been waiting more than 30 minutes for my appointment. I haven't even had my "pre-exam" Why have an appointment time? I was told they had trouble finding my chart. Why don't they pull charts for the next day, then they would have already had my chart. No one kept me informed. There is more so feel free to notify me.
I gave this place a try because we only needed glasses. I mean, how bad could it be? Well... believe the bad reviews. My son and I went in for glasses during Spring Break. We had our exams elsewhere, so we only needed glasses. We put our names on the list and proceeded to pick out frames while we wait. I will say, it was very crowded, so I was prepared to wait a bit. Worst customer service when it came to ordering glasses one associate told his life story while the other did nothing and completely ignored my daughter and I even though we were ready before any of them and the fourth associate was still working but said she had clocked out already which is against labor laws. Will not return or recommend. I will take my business to Walmart and order her glasses.
